Don't Panic

Easy to say, and easy to do, once you have the tools. When you feel challenged by something or someone there are timeless tools for you to get through it. The 15 tools are as follows (click on the links for my articles on these)...


  1. Breathe

  2. Surrender

  3. Respond don’t react 

  4. Slow down

  5. Amor Fati - love your fate - let go of trying to control the Universe

  6. Don’t project or run catastrophising stories in your head 

  7. Think through clarity and love, not fear

  8. Don’t tie it to your self-worth

  9. Remember that God or the Universe always provide 

  10. Don't be tempted to join the conflict - don’t get up from your seat of ease - look within to find stillness

  11. Do yoga

  12. Pray (every morning), meditate (twice per day), and practice mindfulness (whenever you can)

  13. Go out in Nature

  14. Remain in the present moment

  15. Remember that this too shall pass and that all is well

Katherine Arden said "Don't panic. That's the first rule of survival. Never panic."


If you are feeling anxious ask yourself am I using these tools and go through them one by one.


This is simply the Universe just checking you out to ascertain which lessons you have assimilated so far on your spiritual journey.


Martin Luther King Jr. said in his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech, Oslo, Norway, 1964 in a quote about unarmed Truth “I believe that unarmed Truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant.” The Truth will set you free.


Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you: Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.


George Bernard Shaw wrote that “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” Are you ready to change your mind?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge; a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge; a PhD Doctorate in Scientific Research from University College London (UCL); a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London and have been a doctor and reconstructive trauma and cancer surgeon in London for 20 years. I have a number of other higher qualifications in science and surgery. I have published over 50 peer reviewed PubMed cited scientific journal articles, have been an associate editor and frequent scientific faculty member, and am the author of several scientific books. I have been awarded my Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching in London, which has International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation, as well as the UK Association for Coaching (AC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have been on my own transformative journey full time for over five years and I am ready to be your guide to you finding out who you really are and how the world works.
