My 'Master Chart' is a living mosaic of the language, method, and vision that came together as my 'Cathedral-Scale' work came together.
You will never have seen this map before because it has only just finished being made and it is entirely original: From what I searched for, what I learned, what I needed, what I experienced, and how I came to see humanity: How my world-view clarified.
The chart is a map of my what, my how, my why, my who, and my service, as I walk, with increasing energy, towards Blake's visionary perception: His dance of 'Divine Imagination.'
The Master Chart had to exist, to be born, because the old language was not enough. As I explored in 'The Psyche: A New Grammar for the Human Condition', if we do not have the right grammar, we cannot name the mechanism; if we cannot name the mechanism, we cannot see the route; and if we cannot see the route, we remain trapped inside illusory past experiences we mistake for fate. This chart gives that grammar a visible form.
Having realised that knowledge needs 'unlidding' to expand to wisdom and Truth, and 'unboxing' to become intersectional between and beyond fear-based paradigms of control, I have needed to name realities for which the available language was inadequate. New language was needed to truly see and feel Higher Truth, real reality, unfiltered by the doors of perception (thank-you-so-much-nod to William Blake).
I needed a working grammar for movements that ordinary psychology, coaching, leadership success-language, philosophy, metaphysics, and even some contemplative traditions either flatten, pathologise, taxonomise, sentimentalise, or miss altogether. We needed precision in a way that could continue to evolve and yet be defined. The Master Chart will therefore be updated live.
The 'Master Chart' gathers my Meta-Framework, my Map, the Meta-Theory, the schema, the method, the engine, the concepts, hinges, parables, thresholds, entry-points, tools, transformations, your very own internal Satnav, stages, releases, choice-points, agency, integration, enactment, praxis, conversion, and states that together describe the movement from 'Success as Base-Camp' to joyful 'Superabundance' as BEing-led life.
The Master Chart is not a decorative model. It is the current grammar of a living map: The map that helped me understand the journey, and then, in a strange and beautiful reversal, used its own teachings to complete itself. The method evolved to give birth to the method.
I offer it here with humility and love. I pray that it serves you, steadies you, and gives you courage to become more and more YOU.

Success to Superabundance: The Master Map
The journey itself reveals the map: From boxed knowledge, through witnesses and evidence, into wisdom, love, BEing, and the wider view. It takes a trip or two! The image above shows the Master Chart as a lived journey rather than a static diagram. The solitary figure walks the right-hand path through broken-open boxes, loosened lids, cracked frames, evidence-fragments, and the witness-presences of depth psychology, paradigms, power, perception, poetic imagination, and love. Dr Carl Jung stands near the threshold of psyche and shadow; Thomas Kuhn near the fractured paradigm-frame; Michel Foucault near the architecture of surveillance and institutional seeing; William Blake sits as the visionary witness of imagination; and the Christic teacher-presence stands ahead as love, Truth, and embodied guidance. As the path is walked, the ground itself begins to disclose the map. Knowledge becomes wisdom. Fragment becomes mosaic. The journey teaches the method, and the method becomes a way Home.

This image is not an illustration of a chart. It is the chart as journey. The Master Map did not arrive as a finished theory lowered from the sky; it emerged through walking, reading, suffering, questioning, witnessing, unboxing, seeing, and returning again and again to the path. The broken boxes are the paradigms, roles, systems, and inherited frames that once claimed to explain the whole while holding only fragments. The papers and translucent sheets are evidence, scholarship, lived experience, and hard-won recognition. The archetypal witnesses mark the lineages that helped illuminate the route: Jung at the threshold of psyche and shadow; Kuhn at the cracked paradigm; Foucault at the architecture of surveillance and power; Blake at the edge of visionary imagination; and the Christic presence ahead as the human form of love-led Truth. The figure walks upward because the map is not understood from outside. It is revealed through the journey itself. As the route is walked, the scattered pieces begin to cohere. Knowledge becomes wisdom. The box becomes a map. The map becomes method. The method becomes a Bridge. And the Bridge becomes the way back to BEing.
