The best days of your life lie ahead of you, and you don’t even know it.


The light at the end of the tunnel is your life. It’s the tunnel that’s temporary. It will turn into a life beyond your wildest dreams.


Pain is unavoidable, but it’s not permanent. This too shall pass. All is well.

The only real sabotage is self-sabotage. So, it’s in your control not to. 


When making a change in your life, don’t say: Show me, don’t tell me. 


Enlightenment and Mastery occur when you only do God’s will. This is why prayer should always be of gratitude not supplication. God’s will will be done anyway. So you need to accept everything. This is freedom from fear. Let go of expectations and outcomes. Let go of wanting. All of life is an announcement of who you choose to BE - your frightened reactive ego or your Higher Self. The mind (ego) reacts; the soul creates. Even before you pray God has sent it to you. The soul understands what the mind cannot conceive. Be out of your mind and do some soul searching instead. Get back to your senses. Your feelings are your Truth. Honour your feelings. Growth is never trouble. Be careful not to drown in your expectations. Looking within your psyche is where you meet God. Your Higher Power is your soul and is also divine. Ego is separateness.


To let go of egotism and self is to stop living life as a fragmented thing and to see all around you in the Universe as a perfect whole, a circle of perfection. The circle is not contained in any form, but all forms are contained in the circle. This includes your consciousness, your subconscious, and Universal consciousness.


Radiant light is not captured in any one colour, but all colours are present in radiant light. In destroying all forms of ego, the simplicity of the whole Universe and your part in it becomes clear. You are part of something much bigger than yourself.


Put away egotism, and the pristine simplicity and beauty of the Universe can be seen.


When you succeed in forgetting your personal self, you become a mirror in which Universal reality is reflected.


You are much loved. You are worthy. You won’t be abandoned.


Chill, be still, and do your Higher Power’s will. 


I see you, I hear you, I see the divine in you.


Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you: Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge; a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge; a PhD Doctorate in Scientific Research from University College London (UCL); a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London and have been a doctor and reconstructive trauma and cancer surgeon in London for 20 years. I have a number of other higher qualifications in science and surgery. I have published over 50 peer reviewed PubMed cited scientific journal articles, have been an associate editor and frequent scientific faculty member, and am the author of several scientific books. I have been awarded my Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching in London, which has International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation, as well as the UK Association for Coaching (AC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have been on my own transformative journey full time for over five years and I am ready to be your guide to you finding out who you really are and how the world works.
