Can You See The Moon?

Mizuta Masahide wrote that "Barn’s burned down. Now, I can see the moon."
Has your 'barn' burned down? Is the tower that you built, but never really felt a part of, toppling? That may be a good thing!
Life is a game of two halves. You are about to start the second half. It's exciting! It's the journey of your life...

Can you see the moon?
Ram Dass said that "Pain is the (ego) mind. It's the thoughts of the mind. Then I get rid of the thoughts, and I get in my witness, which is down in my spiritual heart. The witness that witnesses BEing. Then those particular thoughts that are painful - love them. I love them to death!" Let those exoteric thoughts die.
Be the person who cares, the person who makes the effort, loves unconditionally without hesitation, who walks courageously into the darkness, one step at a time.
Be the person who believes in the softness of the world, in the goodness of other people, in the beauty of being open, untethered, loving, vulnerable, and trusting.
Be the person who makes people feel seen, who shows up, who serves others. Trust when I say—be the person who cares.
Geoffrey Fisher wrote that "Until you know that life is interesting—and find it so—you haven’t found your Soul." Have you found your soul yet? It is as beautiful as the moon.
The pain sometimes is the medicine and the tears are the releasing and embracing the healing energy both for the person and the audience. It opens your audience‘s heart.
Sometimes we need to turn away from what’s troubling us. Turn it over: Hanging onto a situation for which no solution is immediately apparent only exaggerates the situation. It is often said the solution to any problem lies within it. However, turning the problem over and over in our minds keeps our attention on the outer appearance, not the inner solution.
Rest, meditation, embracing silence, slowing down, quiet attention to other matters, and other persons, open the way for God to reveal the solution. Every problem can be resolved. And no answer is ever withheld for long. We need to be open to it, though. We need to step away from our ego, outside of the problem and then listen fully to the words of true friends, to the words that arise from our own hearts. Too much thinking, incessant analysing, following our 'monkey-mind', will keep any problem a problem.
Carl Jung wrote that the subconscious was the divinity within us. Our subconscious is asleep. Our ego is our conscious awareness and is based in the mind. The subconscious resides in the heart.
I will rest from my thoughts. I will give my attention wholly to the present. Therein will come the solution, and when least expected. And from your heart, you will see the full moon.
Namaste.
