You have faced your darkest cave. You have found your greatest treasure: The power to conquer fear. There is nothing to fear. Yet you might still be afraid. We all do this. My article on fear is consistently in my top 25 most read articles. Fear is the human condition: But it needn't be that way. Firstly, find out if there is anything that you are afraid of by making a fear inventory, and then realise that any remaining fears are simply the result of your childhood trauma or complex PTSD (“If its hysterical, it’s historical”), not real fears.
Michel de Montaigne said that “He who fears he shall suffer, already suffers what he fears.” It’s not a thing, event, place, or person that you fear. It’s simply fear itself. There might well be nothing going on. We create stories that feed our fear. It’s a form of negative fantasy. Marianne Williamson wrote "Love is what we were born with. Fear is what we learned here." She also said that "The Universe is not the author of fear. You are." Stop writing scenarios in your mind; unhook your Self from your thinking and take these simple steps...

What to do if you are afraid
If you feel fear do this:
1. Make a fear inventory
I can guide you as how to do this. This technique is used in every 12 step recovery fellowship as step 4.
2. Face your fears
I guarantee that when you turn to face your fear, your fear will disappear. People who are afraid of flying are afraid until they get on the plane. For my article 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway' all about this click here:
3. Be vulnerable and open
It's ok to feel afraid. Telling someone that you are scared helps you to express and release your fear. For my article on 'Vulnerability' click here:
4. Ask for help
You are not alone. Not any more. You have a host of support. It's up to you to use it.
5. Put a boundary down
A boundary is like your garden fence. No-one has the right to come into your garden uninvited. Especially if they want to create drama, abuse you or persecute you. Put a boundary down. It's your choice, not theirs.
In addition to these five steps you may also want to:
Do your breathwork

Visit your inner sanctuary
Marianne Willaimson wrote "Each of us has an inner room where we can visit to be cleansed of fear-based thoughts and feelings. This room, the holy of holies, is a sanctuary of light."
Use a mantra
Ram Dass said that if you are experiencing fear try this: “When you experience fear or are unsure about your situation, there’s a beautiful and very powerful mantra you can say: “The power of God is within me. The Grace of God surrounds me.” Repeat it to yourself or to a loved one in need. It will protect you. Experience the power of it. It’s like a solid steel shaft that goes through the top of your head right down to the base of your BEing. Grace will surround you like a force field.” As Jesus said “The Kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)

FEAR is "False Evidence Appearing Real'
Life is a rollercoaster for everyone - it's up to you if you find it terrifying or exhilarating.
Namaste.
